Montanha Superior Brut Sparkling

Caves da Montanha is a historic Portuguese winery founded in 1943 by Adriano Henriques in Anadia, the heart of the Bairrada region – often called the “capital” of Portuguese sparkling wines. Still family-owned across four generations, the company specializes in producing, marketing, and distributing high-quality beverages, with a strong emphasis on Bairrada sparkling wines (aged in underground cellars holding up to 3 million bottles at 2–3°C). It also crafts still wines from various Portuguese regions, aguardentes (brandies), liqueurs, spirits, and more. Caves da Montanha combines traditional methods with modern techniques and a commitment to environmental responsibility, earning numerous awards for its dedication to quality and creating “moments of pleasure” through its expressive, terroir-driven products.
