Winemaking:
Reception of the grapes without crushing and without destemming. Fermentation in open spout and temperature controlled.

Grape Varieties:
Fernão Pires,Arinto,Viosinho

Tasting Notes:
Citrus color. Floral aroma with some banana nuances. In the mouth it has a delicious acidity and an elegant fruit.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 10-12ºC.

Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, fresh grilled fish, white meats or as an aperitif.
