Winemaking:
Ferments in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature (28ºC). Grape skin maceration of 22 days after fermentation. 30% ages in french oak Allier.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Trincadeira,Alicante Bouschet,Aragonêz

Tasting Notes:
Floral aroma, good flavor, style very well done. The palate is elegant, fruity and tannic alive.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
