Total destemming, extended skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC.

Aragonêz,Trincadeira,Alicante Bouschet

Tasting Notes:
Clear appearance with a ruby intense colour. Aroma of ripe fruit and jam mixed with a fruity flavour. Smooth and captivating in the mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
Consume at a temperature of 18 º C.

Food Pairing:
Goes well with soft cheeses, white meats and red slightly spicy.
