Winemaking:
Pressing of whole grapes with slight maceration, cold decanting (10ºC) and fermentation at controlled temperature 12-14ºC. Stage on fine lees in stainless steel bowl with periodic batonnage for 3 months. Finally, the wine is bottled after stabilization.
