Winemaking:
Destemming and crushing. Fermentation at 24 ºC and total depletion of sugars with the skins. Natural malolactic fermentation.

Grape Varieties:
Aragonêz,Moreto,Castelão,Trincadeira

Tasting Notes:
Ruby color. Red fruit very tuned. Strawberry, Raspberry, Cherry Fresh and very harmonious. A highly gastronomic wine.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a horizontal position in a fresh spot far from direct natural light. It should be served at 18º.

Food Pairing:
Accompanies perfectly grilled red meat and Game. For a successful combination with the typical Alentejo gastronomy we suggest a lamb stew marinade.
